Liew Kok Yoong is our Chief Financial Officer since July 2022. He has more than 13 years of working experience in accounting, finance, corporate finance, taxation, treasury and auditing specialising in property development, construction, engineering consultancy and investment property. He has held senior finance positions in small and medium size enterprise prior to joining TCS in 2015 as Group Accountant. He was involved in the listing exercise of TCS in 2020. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants since 2014 and member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants since 2014. In 2019, he was admitted as a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants
Wayne Ho Chee Woei is our General Manager and has joined TCS since May 2016. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s post-contract works which include subcontract awarding, monitoring of material delivery schedule, preparing progress claims to clients, tender submissions and contract-related matters.
He has more than 17 years of experience in monitoring pre and post-contract duties in property development and construction industries.
He graduated with a Diploma in Quantity Surveying from INTI International University, Malaysia in February 2009.
Yanshen Lo is our Project Director and he is primarily in charge of leading the overall site operation and design strategy of the project with due regard to constructability and implementation.
He is also responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of M&E works in on-going projects by monitoring progress of works in the aspect of delivery and quality, as well as cost control.
He started his career as an Electrical Contractor. He graduated with a Diploma of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur.
Jenny Koo Yoke Ping is our Corporate Affairs manager since 2008. She is responsible for overseeing the company’s corporate affairs and performing administrative duties.
She has close to 30 years of working experience undertaking roles pertaining to the secretarial, human resources and administration functions.
Sim Wei Jiann is our Purchasing Manager overseeing the company’s purchasing and procurement activities.
He has more than 5 years of experience in purchasing tasks including procurement compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards that are primarily involved in building construction and to maintain accurate records of procurement activities.
He graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Applied Science from University Sains Malaysia in September 2020.
Masyitah is responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring, control and maintenance of all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by our Group’s QESH management system. She also ensures the integrity of our QESH management system at all times. She has 10 years of experience in the construction environment with knowledge of the best safety and health practices.
She graduated with a Bachelor ‘s Degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia.
