Project Directors
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring of the external and Internal work program to ensure that the progress of work is on schedule by conducting Site Meeting with Project Team and Sub-contractors.
- Lead, manage and motivate the project team to work closely to ensure that the ISO9001 Quality Management System and the OHSAS 18001 occupational Safety & Health Management System is implemented, executed and compiled accordingly.
- Ensure the recovery of performance Bond, Retention Fund and Deposits upon the project completion.
- To report project progress to top management.
- To coordinate and prepare a work program and to oversee overall planning such as setting up site office, temporary supply, kongsi plant and machinery requirement, procurement schedule, award schedule, negotiation of quotation for projects oversee by Senior Project Manager/Project Manager.
- To ensure Senior Project Manager/Project Manager implement proper contractual management for the project.
- To review profit / loss of projects and to include analysis and corrective actions from time to time.
- To conduct meetings such as project kick-off meeting, site progress meeting, subcontractor/supplier’s meeting, site safety committee meeting etc.
- To ensure total completion of the project and obtain Certificate of Practical Completion and Certificate Making Good Defect in accordance to the contracts.
- To ensure that applicable environmental, safety and health legislative, regulatory and related requirements are fulfilled at project site.
- To ensure that site personnel, workers and subcontractors are implementing environmental, safety and health practices at their workplace.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Top-management.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Klang Valley.
- Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
Senior Project Managers
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To plan, manage, monitor and control project operations.
- To plan, coordinate and monitor subcontractor’s activities at project sites.
- To maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practices.
- To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.
- To review and monitor site work productivity and arrange for resources as required.
- To ensure that inspection and tests are carried out as per Inspection and Test Plans. Results of such to conform to specifications and drawings.
- To ensure that applicable environmental, safety and health legislative, regulatory and related requirements are fulfilled at project site.
- To ensure that site personnel, workers and subcontractors are implementing environmental, safety and health practices at their workplace.
- To monitor, control and improve QESH performance at project site.
- To report project progress to top management.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Building or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in construction industry with at least 8 years in a similar capacity.
- Familiar with legal requirements and knowledgeable in environmental, safety and health practices.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated person and able to work independently.
- Able to liaise with clients, consultants and authorities.
- Able to work under pressure and long hours.
- Computer literate.
Project Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH management system.
- To provide and demonstrate the leadership and commitment for the overall implementation of the QESH management system in the project.
- To take overall responsibility and accountability for prevention of work-related injury and ill health as well as providing safe and healthy workplaces and activities at projects.
- To ensure that the QESH management system conforms to the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards in the project.
- To promote use of process approach, risk-based thinking and life cycle perspective in the project.
- To determine risks, opportunities and plan actions and ensure they are implemented.
- To take on the ultimate responsibility of QESH, environmental, safety and health management for the project.
- To plan, manage, monitor and control project operations.
- To plan, coordinate and monitor subcontractor’s activities at project sites.
- To maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practices.
- To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.

Construction Managers
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To take overall responsibility and accountability for prevention of work-related injury and ill health as well as providing safe and healthy workplaces and activities at projects.
- To comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements.
- To determine risks, opportunities and plan actions and ensure they are implemented.
- To provide leadership in overseeing operational performance.
- To conduct walk-through inspections and other scheduled inspections with the homeowner.
- To coordinate and monitor subcontractor’s activities at project sites.
- To maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practices.
- To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.
- To provide daily oversight and direction of hourly employee teams to assure operational excellence; including personnel scheduling, work order and productivity plans, material availability, the handling and resolution of employee issues.

Site Agents
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To ensure that all construction activities within the designated areas are well planned, coordinated and be able to utilize all available resources in coordination with other functional managers in directing and supervising all involved site personnel and subcontractors.
- To lead and ensure all work groups are properly guided, in close cooperation with the Project Manager, in assembling and controlling the required resources (manpower, equipment, materials and tools required) to start and sustain the work efficiency and productivity until the completion of the project.
- To advise the Project Manager in determining the need and procurement of tools and materials to be delivered at specific times in order to conform to the workloads, plans and schedules.
- To interact with other construction areas and Supervisors, discuss and review with Project Manager the project Key Performance Indicators to determine accurate status of the project, making tactical decisions for allocating resources, and assigning staff requirements, to maintain project on target.
- To review reports from Supervisors, and forward to Project Manager for corrective actions if the project becomes behind schedule or over the budget.
Civil & Structural Engineers
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To plan, coordinate and monitor subcontractor’s activities at project sites.
- To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures and work instructions.
- To ensure that inspection and tests are carried out as per Inspection and Test Plans. Results of such to conform to specifications and drawings.
- To submit sample materials and calibration certificates to relevant consultants for approval.
- To ensure that workers and subcontractors adhere to good house-keeping and implement QESH practices.
- To ensure that all construction works carried out are in accordance with the QESH procedures, instructions and practices.
Mechanical & Electrical Engineers
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To check all M&E drawings and ensure all site works done according to approved M&E drawings.
- To assist in resolving project issues, including coordination, schedule and cost.
- To attend and inspect the M&E works with relevant consultants.
- Able to coordinate Electrical, Mechanical, Sanitary and Plumbing Works.
- To prepare and monitor all Weekly and Month works progress reports.
- To prepare and submit all relevant M&E documents for consultant and authority approval.
- Able to liaise and coordinate with relevant client and local authority on necessary project related work and document submission.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
Senior Site Supervisor - Architectural
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To supervise, monitor and control direct labour and subcontractors work and ensure completion of respective facilities in his discipline within the planned schedule.
- To ensure the workers and subcontractors adhere to good housekeeping and implement quality, environmental and safety and health practices.
- To undertake inspection of works at various stages as per Inspection and Test Plan to ensure conformance to specification and construction drawings.
- To control any further work until the deficiency / problem has been satisfactorily resolved.
- To report on the construction progress and factors adversely affecting the project to the Project / Site Engineer.
- To arrange control and monitor manpower, plant, equipment and material usage for the timely completion of the work.
- To implement cost control measures while carrying out projects.
- To review accuracy of drawings, charts and forms in compliance with local authorities’ requirements.
- To assist in carrying out inspections, attending meetings with clients, Consultants, sub-contractors and authorities.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture / Building / Civil Engineering or any related discipline.
- At least 3 years relevant experience in related fields.
- Knowledge in legal requirements and good environmental, safety and health practices.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Responsible and able to work under pressure and independently.
Site Supervisor – Structural
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To supervise, monitor and control daily works at the project site and adhere to document control procedure.
- To coordinate and monitor subcontractor’s activities at site.
- To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instructions, etc.
- To carry out inspection and tests as per Inspection and Test Plans.
- To ensure that all construction works carried out are in accordance with the QESH procedures, instructions and practices.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
Safety & Health Officer
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment.
- To promote safety and health awareness and conduct induction.
- To implement and monitor safety and health program at work sites.
- To monitor and control subcontractor’s safety and health practices.
- To enforce the use of personal protective equipment, and continuously improve safety and health practices at workplace.
- To enforce the provision of fire fighting equipment and first aid kits at workplace.
- To attend to, investigate and report any safety and health emergency, accidents, near miss accidents, incidents, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning or diseases at the workplace.
- To conduct safety and health inspection and internal audits.
- To collect, analyze and maintain statistics on accidents, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning or diseases at the workplace.
- To assist the department heads, Project Managers, personnel and workers on day-to-day implementation of the QESH management system.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Science or other related discipline.
- A registered safety & health officer with DOSH.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in construction environment with at least 1 year in a similar capacity.
- Knowledge in legal requirements, safety and health practices.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literate and familiar with MS Office.
Site Safety Supervisors
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To monitor and control subcontractor’s safety and health practices.
- To enforce the use of personal protective equipment, and continuously improve safety and health practices at the workplace.
- To ensure good housekeeping at work sites.
- To conduct safety and health inspection.
- To monitor the movement of workers, materials, goods, plant and machinery into and out of the project sites.
- To assist the site personnel and workers on day-to-day implementation of the QESH management system.
Site Admin
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To assist in general office works such as typing letters, documents and reports.
- To maintain and update all records and files regularly.
- To assist Project Manager in purchasing, recording and issuing of office equipment, stationeries and provisions to staff.
- To attend to all incoming and outgoing mails / faxes / documents received and forwarding / distributing them accordingly.
- To assist in documents filing and report distribution.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM certificate.
- Minimum 1 years working experience in construction industry.
- Knowledge in legal requirements and good environmental, safety and health practices.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and long hours.
- Computer literate.
Executive Secretary
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage, schedule and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly meetings and daily tasks.
- Proactive, organized with management skill, result-orientated and multi-task.
- Facilitate communication within the company to maximize workflow.
- Proficient in spoken and written in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
