KUALA LUMPUR (July 1): Mah Sing Group Bhd (KL:MAHSING) topped out both towers of M Arisa, its affordable residential development in Sentul. The project is slated to be completed by 4Q2024 with construction currently at around 85% completed.
In a media statement on Monday, Mah Sing group chief executive officer Datuk Voon Tin Yow said, “The topping out of M Arisa is more than a construction milestone, it’s the realisation of our commitment to create innovative spaces and enhance the life of our homebuyers.
“Designed with various amenities such as the first multi-level sky garden in Sentul and urban forest concept, M Arisa is set to provide residents a contemporary and quality lifestyle at an affordable price point,” he noted, adding that M Arisa is also fully sold out.
“M Arisa is designed with complete facilities for an optimised living experience. Both towers are thoughtfully designed with a north-south orientation which effectively minimises direct sunlight exposure on the sides of the buildings. As a result, it reduces heat absorption and lowers the energy consumption required for air conditioning,” said Mah Sing Group chief operating officer Chris Chen in the same statement.
Sitting on a 3.31-acre parcel in Sentul, M Arisa has an estimated gross development value of RM653 million and consists of two 55-storey towers with 1,598 units. The units have built-ups ranging from 550 to 1,025 sq ft and come in layouts of one- to four-bedroom.
