Duties and Responsibilities:
- To continuously update and maintain Approved Suppliers List.
- To check Purchase Requisition, raise by Project Manager / Engineer.
- To source and negotiate with supplier before submitting the summary to Purchasing Manager.
- To generate Purchase Order after Purchasing Manager had approved the quotation.
- To build up Quotation Library.
- To liaise with Purchasing Executive on the Purchasing Module Coding.
- To keep track on the delivery of material to site.
- More than 2 years working experience in construction industry and in a similar capacity.
- Knowledge in purchasing and store control.
- Good interpersonal and negotiating skills.
- Able to complete the given tasks on time.
