Yap Choo Cheng

Chief Financial Officer

Yap Choo Cheng is our Chief Financial Officer since October 2018. She is responsible for the company’s financial planning and review, cash flow management and financial reporting. She has close to 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, corporate finance, strategic planning, treasury and auditing across a variety of industries.

She graduated with a Bachelor (Hons) Degree in Accountancy from Queen’s University of Belfast, UK in July 1996. She is a Fellow Member of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”) since May 2005. She is also a Registered Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (“MIA”) since June 2001.

WONG CHOO LEONG

Project Director

Wong Choo Leong joined the Group in July 2015 as Site Engineer and subsequently promoted to Project Director in August 2019. He is responsible for overseeing and managing the overall daily operations at our project sites and assist our Managing Director with site coordination works. He started his career as a site engineer. He has vast experience in project management and site supervision for high rise construction projects.

He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman Malaysia in May 2015.

WAYNE HO CHEE WOEI

Senior Contract Manager

Wayne Ho Chee Woei is our contract manager since May 2016. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s post-contract works which include subcontract awarding, monitoring of material delivery schedule, prepare progress claim to clients, tender submissions and contract-related matters.

He has more than 12 years of experience in monitoring pre and post contract duties in property development and construction industries.

He graduated with a Diploma in Quantity Surveying from INTI International University, Malaysia in February 2009.

LIEW KOK YOONG

Group Accountant

Liew Kok Yoong is our Group Accountant since April 2015. He is responsible for the company’s accounting and taxation functions. He has 10 years of experience in accounting, finance and taxation.

He graduated with a Bachelor (Hons) Degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, UK in September 2010. He is a Fellow Member of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”) since March 2019. He is also a Registered Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (“MIA”) since July 2014.

JENNY KOO YOKE PING

Corporate Affairs Manager

Jenny Koo Yoke Ping is our Corporate Affairs manager since 2008. She is responsible for overseeing the company’s corporate affairs and performing administrative duties.

She has close to 30 years of working experience undertaking roles pertaining to the secretarial, human resources and administration functions.

NG LEE FOONG

Procurement Manager

Ng Lee Foong is our procurement manager since June 2016. She is responsible for overseeing the company’s purchasing and procurement activities.

She has more than 16 years of experience in administrative and clerical tasks in companies that are primarily engaged in civil and structural engineering, property development and building construction.

She graduated with a Bachelor (Hons) Degree in Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia in September 2003.

Toh Ean Kee

Human Resources Manager

Toh Ean Kee is responsible for overseeing the company’s Human Resource functions. She leads and manages in HR strategic plan, leadership development and learning programmes to drive performance and staff morale. She has 14 years of experience in Human Resources, payroll management, recruitments process and office administration.

LO WEN JET

M&E Manager

Lo Wen Jet is M&E Manager of TCS Construction. He is primarily in charge of leading the overall M&E design strategy of a project with due regard to constructability and implementation.

He is also responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of M&E works in on-going projects by monitoring progress of works in the aspect of delivery and quality, as well as cost control.

He started his career as an electrical contractor. He graduated with a Diploma of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur.

MASYITAH BINTI YAMAN

QESH Manager

Masyitah is responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring, control and maintenance of all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by our Group’s QESH management system. She also ensures the integrity of our QESH management system at all times. She has 5 years of experience in the construction environment with knowledge of the best safety and health practices.

She graduated with a Bachelor ‘s Degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia.
